Don Gregory
President
Don is a business and market growth specialist who has gained valuable experience by working with a wide range of companies and organizations at various stages of business and market maturity. He has a strong conviction that successful organizations must manage the processes that lead to business health; consistently measuring their performance while being willing to modify go-to-market strategies when needed. That’s the only way long-term financial health can be achieved and maintained.
Don started his career in the advertising industry, which eventually led to senior level marketing and leadership assignments. He’s worked with nationally and regionally known companies such as Microsoft, Starbucks PG&E and Unilever. He’s led strategy-building and market research efforts in all business segments including consumer goods, professional services, food service/restaurants and energy/utility.
Specific areas of concentration for Don include developing strategic direction for organizations, building powerful brands, designing and implementing customer and employee research and working with company leaders to increase organizational focus on the issues and areas that create loyal customers and increase revenue performance. He's a skilled facilitator and project manager. Don holds degrees in journalism and speech communication from Western Washington University.
